Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 21, 2026
These terms cover your use of lsaleadflow.com and the messaging and booking tools on it. By using the site, contacting us through it, or opting in to text messages, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

SMS messaging terms
Program. LSA Lead Flow sends conversational and customer-care text messages to people who give us their mobile number and agree to be texted. Messages relate to your inquiry, your appointment, or work we are doing for you.
Opting in. Consent is optional, is never pre-selected for you, and is not a condition of purchasing anything. You may give consent through the chat widget on this site, a form, or by texting us first.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. We will send one confirmation and then stop.
Reply HELP for help, or email aidanmoonreed@lsaleadflow.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle mobile numbers and consent records, including the fact that we never share them for anyone's marketing, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that the mobile number you give us is yours, or that you are authorized to receive messages at it, and you agree to tell us if it changes or stops being yours.
The website
Everything on this site is provided for information. The design examples shown are demonstration websites for fictional companies, presented to show the kind of work we do. They are not claims about any real business or its results.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Services, quotes, and payment
Any prices, scope, timeline, and payment schedule shown on this site are a starting point for a conversation, not an offer that binds either of us. The terms that actually govern a project are the ones in the written proposal or agreement you sign. Where this site and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement controls.
Advertising and lead spend billed by Google, along with hosting, domain registration, and paid third-party software, are separate from our fees unless a written proposal specifically says otherwise.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that Google will approve a Local Services Ads account, and we do not promise any particular number of leads, appointments, jobs, or amount of revenue. Approval decisions belong to Google. Results depend on your market, your budget, your pricing, your capacity, and how you handle the calls you get. What we commit to is doing the work described in your agreement.
Third-party services
The site uses tools we do not control, including the HighLevel and LeadConnector chat widget and booking calendar, and it references Google products. Those services have their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for their outages, changes, or decisions.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business and your contact details.
- Do not use the site or our messaging tools to send anything unlawful, abusive, or misleading.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Make sure you have the right to give us any content, photographs, logos, or account access you hand over.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this site belong to LSA Lead Flow. Ownership of work we produce for a client transfers according to that client's written agreement, normally after final payment. Content you give us stays yours; you grant us permission to use it to do your work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, LSA Lead Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its messaging tools, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
