Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information LSA Lead Flow collects, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it. It applies to lsaleadflow.com and to the phone, email, and text conversations that start there.

LSA Lead Flow builds websites and manages Google lead generation for home-service companies.

SMS and mobile information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are treated separately from everything else. Mobile information is never sold. No mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent record is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This category of data is excluded from every other sharing arrangement described in this policy.

The only parties that ever touch this data are the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf, such as our CRM and messaging platform and the phone carriers. They may use it only to deliver the message and may not use it for their own marketing.

If you give us your mobile number through the chat widget, a form, or a conversation, we may text or call you about your inquiry and the work we are doing for you.

  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email, and it does not stop us from calling you about work already in progress. Tell us and we will stop those too.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. Name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, service area, and whatever you write in a message, form, or booking.
  • Booking information. When you book a call, the calendar records your name, contact details, the time you picked, and your time zone.
  • Site analytics. Aggregate page views and referrer data through our hosting provider's privacy-focused analytics. This does not build an advertising profile of you.
  • Client project information. If you become a client, whatever you send us to do the work: logos, photographs, service lists, account access, and similar material.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the site is not directed at children.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you and schedule and hold the call you asked for.
  • To prepare a proposal and, if you hire us, to deliver the work.
  • To follow up about an active or recent inquiry.
  • To keep records we are required to keep, including records of SMS consent.
  • To run and secure the website.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need in order to operate, and only so they can perform that service for us:

  • HighLevel / LeadConnector, our CRM, booking calendar, chat widget, and messaging platform.
  • Vercel, which hosts this website and provides aggregate analytics.
  • Google, where we manage Local Services Ads and Business Profiles for clients. This involves the client's own account, not the personal information of people who contact us.
  • Email and phone providers used to reach you.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising or marketing. The SMS exclusion described above applies on top of all of this.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and client records are kept while the relationship is active and afterwards for as long as we need them for business and legal record-keeping. Records of SMS consent and opt-out are kept for as long as required to show that consent existed. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to retain it.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Email us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you.

If you live somewhere with specific privacy rights, such as California, you may have additional rights to access, delete, correct, or limit the use of your information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. Email us and we will handle your request the same way regardless of where you live.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim yours is. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information through the chat widget or email.

Cookies

The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting analytics measures page views in aggregate. The chat widget and booking calendar are provided by HighLevel and may set cookies or local storage needed to keep your conversation and booking working.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
